Sweetwater upgrade for X3 Producer, $149 edit... BOXED!!!!

That's a nice deal, especially for a Canadian.
Buying a boxed version internationally through Cakewalk,
one must pay a hefty $35 shipping and handling charge.
Sweetwater however, is usually much better on shipping, $10.10 in this case.
I need to get the box version because of my limited internet bandwidth; this way, it's for almost free.
 
I have always purchased through Cakewalk, is there any drawback/reason not to buy through a third party?
 
I wasn't going to upgrade at all because no SV improvements, but this is really tempting me.

    No reason at all, Sweetwater is a reputable vendor. Keep in mind you will still need the internet to install Addictive Drums and SONAR updates.

    I shouldn't have any problem downloading some things...just not everything; unless I stop downloading other stuff (videos, software utilities, etc.) for a month...
