I haven't but I like the remastered original recordings CD released in '97. Even sounds good via cloud player.

$25 is for the whole CD, no? It would be really expensive if it was just for the song.

I've got the 50th Anniversary, 2-CD version and just happened to listen to it about a week ago after it appeared on that 10 most popular albums survey. In fact, that reminds me. There were some others on that list (and the "least heard" list) that I wanted to go back and play...

I'm pretty sure $25 is for the whole album. It's supposed to be the best sounding Kind Of Blue yet.

Did it say how they made it? Usually you want double the resolution while mixing and manipulating before down-converting. I don't know of anything higher than 192!

$25 would be a very fair price for just the song "Kind of Blue" as it is very rare and hard to find. :-)

I own that CD. Can I get a discount if I return the '97 CD, since I allready bought the right to listen to these compositions?

I have the CD--I think it's the re-master from a few years ago--I can find the song any time I want.

:-) I'm listening to the album on YouTube right now because I'm too lazy to go over to the shelf and grab my CD. I may be shallow for having such simple tastes, but it is one of my favorite albums of all time. The music on it makes me feel like I just had an excellent meal or something really satisfying like that. BTW, here's the track listing: Side one 1: So What 2: Freddie Freeloader 3: Blue in Green Side two 1: All Blues 2: Flamenco Sketches ;-)
