Has anyone had problems installing Z3ta+2 from X2 to X3?
I'm concerned about blowing up my fresh install of X3 by going back to X2 and just installing Z3ta+2! Is there anyone that has had success doing this without having to uninstall X3 and installing the older versions of the X series. I just ran the gauntlet getting just X3c installed on a new laptop. I really don't want to run the risk of having major problems just to get +2 in there. Perhaps Cake could make it available as a separate download for its own installation for those of us who would like it in X3! Help, anyone?

Z3ta is a separate download. At least separate on my account in the store.
You can just download it and install.

Z3TA+2 is not part of X2 or any other version of SONAR. It is a separate product with it's own installer. It was bundled with X1 Producer Expanded and PC4K Expander Gate, called the X1 Production Suite. Even then it had a separate installer on the Production Suite download page. The original Z3TA+ v1.5, now called Z3TA+classic is bundled X series SONAR.

In my account it shows +2 and the serial and registration numbers but no download!

Mine too. In my case, the Z3TA+2 installer is located on the page linked to by the "First-Class upgrade to Production Suite" line item. There should be a line item in your account with a download link that has the same date as the Z3TA+2 serial number line item. That link should take you to a page having multiple installers on it. One of those installers will be for Z3TA+2.

I'm not seeing the "First-Class upgrade to Production Suite" item. Where is that exactly located?

You may not have that item, that is how I got Z3TA+2. Look for a line item in your store account that has a download link with same date as your Z3TA+2 serial number. It may be the link to a page of installers including the one for Z3TA+2.

Thanks, but I found the installers. I just launched a search for the Z3ta+2 installers and it took me right to the product page. Thanks for the help just the same.

The installation went well. Just had to get new registration numbers and I am up and running. Thanks again for your time and effort. I hope I can return the favor some day.
