Sibelius rewiring issue

I installed 32bit sonar. Can open sibelius in sonar as a host which means it has the 32bit system right. but it can't playback in sonar, a pop up message coming "unable to open audio playback device.." Please help to fix this.

Haven't used 8.5 in quite a while but somewhere under audio in your preferences dialog box, check "share drivers with other programs"

I tried. Still doesn't work. Could it be using some virtual midi devices?
