does x3 have an audio sound stretch fx

Similar to Paul's Stretch though on a track by track basis

    Not a plugin in that sense but there's always audiosnap and Melodyne?

    If I understand what you want correctly, hold down Ctrl, then click on the edge of a clip as if you were going to slip-edit it. Drag to the desired length (longer or shorter).
