Insert - Just Curious

Hi.  I'm not looking for a solution here.  I'm just curious if anyone but me thinks it's dumb that Sonar has an Insert Menu, but that some Insert options are under Project.

    as someone who was just trying to remember how to insert measures, I think it is very dumb.  Where is insert measures?  Not under insert, but under project.  odd choice.

    Yeah, it took me a while to find its place too...
