Kinda funny how similar this stuff is to holiday dinner behavior. You really don't need that extra serving of potatoes, or to eat the whole pie, it just looks so good and you don't get pie every day, but you kinda hate yourself the day after :)



Just go for a really long walk and all will be well.  That's what I've just got back from; it's like a Summer's day in the UK today, most odd!

 I'm giving this a shot for my monitor, looks like it's the normal price except for perhaps the current free shipping. 250 for a 40 inch seems almost fair :)


I was looking at some 27" monitors. But they are about $199. Hell for fifty more I could do this!

Kontakt and Reaktor are the same price and offer the same crossgrade deal. Komplete Ultimate for under 600 instead of a thousand. So I don't think we disagree at all, we're talking about the same deal. Good times :)

I tried to place an order with NI and can't make it happen.  Anyone else having problems?
 
Firefox won't show the pricing and if I try and put Kontakt in the cart it says the cart is empty.  I tried IE and it does show the prices but the order page won't load.  I've contacted support.

I'm not sure if it includes the ProChannel version. I think it doesn't. But I would wait until Monday because you might get a better deal :)

I would have been REALLY surprised if they had, they don't need to .. because their plugs are that good.. u-he is another one who doesn't do that to extreme also. yes it's nice to get the discount.. but on the same token a few companies and their discounting soon after release "annoy" me.. hence why I won't buy any of their stuff , until it's on sale now.
 
besides you get a discount once you own 1+ of their products... xmas time is when I bought their bundle, 2 years back now I guess... so I'd wait a bit.. I wouldn't mind a few bits that I don't have.. but I have a de-sser in alloy.. so I decided to get that instead of their one.

That'd be great! I've been waiting for a good sale on those. Was doubting on the Sonnox stuff but couldn't bring myself to jump into the whole iLok thing, nothing else I have uses one.

By the way, they're a Dutch company and we don't celebrate Thanksgiving at all, possibly that's why they're waiting with their sale until Christmas.

i've never found fabfilter sales predictable! they very rarely do them because, i assume, they don't need to
i never got pro-q as i already had dmg equality/equick
