K9 Ultimate "out of stock". Can it still be ordered?

I have been away for the holidays and not at a computer for 2 weeks.  I missed the opportunity to buy K9Ultimate upgrade (from K8) last week and today I noticed that it is "out of stock" on backorder with a wait of 4-8 weeks.  NI still lists the price at 50% off.  
 
Does anyone know if it still can be ordered for the sale price and then just wait for it to be in stock?
 
 I want to buy it at this price, and i am willing to wait for it to be back in stock, but I don't want to order it if "out of stock" means no longer available at the 50% off sale, which ends on Dec 9.

Thanks.  Just ordered.  Glad to get it even for the wait.  BTW, this was an unexpected surprise.  I had planed on purchasing K9Ultimate around Christmas from that big box store, but even with a great 15% off deal, it would still have been over $200 more than this 50% special that NI has.  
 
Now, maybe I can use the unexpected savings to get Indiginus Strummaker IV and a few other gems, perhaps that Bolder Mandolin,,don't know, but will have fun hunting.

That's the beauty of the money you save...you can get more stuff....
 
And as George Carlin said....THAT'S why we get bigger houses...so we can get more stuff!!!
