Support issue.

Hi
I had any problem with Sonar X3 and i tried to contact the support by mail.
Unfortunately, the support never replied me.
Today, i'm sad to be alone with my issue.
 
How to contact the support with efficient?
My  English is not very good if i should use the phone.

    You have a couple of options.
     
    You could post your issue in the SONAR X Series forum above. There are many users of the product there and they might be able to help you.
     
    You can send a follow-up email to tech support.
     
    You can PM to one of the Cakewalk staff directly. You can identify the Cakewalk staff by their forum IDs. Their IDs all end with [Cakewalk].
