New Complaints/Wish List
So, I've been using X3 for a few weeks now 8-12 hours a day, so I think I've earned the right to make some objective/informed complaints, and demands on the Sonar Wishlist; even though, I think a few of these features were done away with when spawning the X series. I don't need 2 front teeth, and I doubt I'll get them by Christmas, but could you please try to get them soon?
1.) The Now Time meter USED to have it's own incremental Up/Dwn switch so you could "nudge" it where ever you wanted a few clicks here or there. PUT IT BACK! I don't want to use the "G" key. It CAN'T cost that much programming-wise.
2.) Spking of the "G" key, I'm SICK AS H#$$ of trying to use the "G" key, and it suddenly changes my Screenset Layout when I'm not looking!!
I don't know, and I don't care how, or why it does that, but FIX IT!
3.) Re: another issue related to the NOW TIME meter, and the Selection Times. I USED to be able to punch in any time I wanted on the Selection Time without it being "tied" to the value/time in the NOW Time window. FIX IT!
4.) A Sync/View issue that should be implemented ASAP. I want to be able to view the Piano Roll View, and Event List simultaneously, but I also want the 2 to scroll in sync so I can use their individual info at the same time. Shouldn't be too hard to do.
5.) On the Piano Roll View can you please add Notes and Note Numbers to the GM Drum lists, AND can you make it so that I can KEEP that same view everytime I pull it up, instead of having to pull up that list, and expand it everytime I look at it?
6.) Can you make note entry a little easier in Piano Roll View using the Smart Tool? Something like letting a little light turn on on the cursor when you're directly on the quantized beat. Like, if you want to put a note on beat 2 the light will come on when you're over 2.000.
I had another one, but I can't recall it right now.
