Off topic forum PM trouble

Has anyone else had trouble posting a PM?
 
The new forum does not show the sent PMs I have sent and I can't tell if anyone has received one.
 
Is there some option I need to tweak?

    I haven't. It will say that its been sent. But I think its polite to answer a PM. This way you will know if the PMed person did in fact get it.

    There is an option to save a copy of sent messages.  Also, after a successful send, it tells you that it was successful.
