CDC WARNING!!!

This just in....

In a Press Conference this afternoon the Center for Disease Control has issued a critical warning!!!

During this season there is an EPIDEMIC outbreak of C O P D....

Continuous Obsessive Plugin Disorder

This disease is HIGHLY contagious...and there is no KNOWN cure.


If you come into contact with anyone with this disease, immediately remove all
Credit, Debit, and American Express cards, AND currency from your wallet and
HIDE OR DESTROY THEM!!!

    I will sell/trade/barter the wife, kids, and mule to get it

    so I am SOL and in  a 12 step program

    I've been clean for a few months now. It's been a relatively quiet year for me on the software front - besides the inexpensive Korg synths and a couple of discounted Waves plugs I'd always wanted and/or for which I had no real equivalent like Bass Rider and C4. 
     
    Last night, I even managed to check out that SSL Bundle deal - which I had lusted after for years - and realized I didn't need it. Obviously, there's still that reflex when you see something heavily discounted, but, so far so good.
     
    Heck, I haven't even upgraded Logic yet, and I don't really feel the need to. Not before we upgrade our computers.
     
    Hardware's a different story though... :P

    Yeah... thanks for the SG GAS. Now I have the new issue of GuitarPlayer and keep looking at the new Mesa "King Snake" combo LTD 400 units, based on the Santana Budakan amp... and wondering if I would like it, a Mark V, or a Mark III... or one of the newer Fender Blues Jrs with the different speakers, there is still the JT Variax and the Traynor YGL-1 combo... and plenty of other stuff that I am just not thinking of right now. Arrrrgh. I don't NEED ANY of it but I wants it ALL.

    I was just looking at Omnisphere, and then the price. Might have to wait on that one. Probably well worth it, but I don't think I can justify it right now. Other then that I have my COPD under control (without the 12-step program :-)).

    Broken pencils are pointless.
