Joie de Vivre - Joy of Life

In the little town of Breaux Bridge, on Bayou Teche in south Louisiana is a small cafe named Joie de Vivre, which generally translates to Joy of Life.  I was there last year and thought the name and message were just right for a song, though I didn't know this would be the song.  And it just so happens that on Sat mornings a group of locals gets together at that cafe to play traditional cajun music.  They were there playing and singing when I visited.

I hope you enjoy the song.  As always, plenty of room for improvement on my part(s) and I thank you for your comments.

I've spent a lot of time in MS, and some in LA. It's a unique part of the country... I'm a big fan of zydeco music? I know this is not zydeco, but the style is similar in that it is, simple and straight forward. This is from the heart.
