Getting Studio Instruments to Work

I already posted this on the CW Instruments forum.  Simple question...How on EARTH do I get ANY of the SI modules to work?  I tried loading some of the Progs in the Cakewalk Sound Center folder, but get an error everytime.  I know it SHOULD be a simple task, BUT...

Use the Sonar browser on the right (the Synths tab), find the instrument you want and drag it into the track view.  It will give you a dialog asking you if you want separate midi and audio tracks, if you want the GUI opened on the instrument, etc.  You can just click ok on that dialog and it will create the simple instrument track (which is a combo of midi/audio) and open the instrument GUI.
