Trouble when freezing midi drums...

Hi all, this is my first post here, hopefully my problem can be solved... I am using X1 producer, I have addictive drums which I use for my drum tracks, I get a the drums sounding what I would like them to sound as if I recorded them myself, generally I just use the eq inside addictive drums, I don't use compression tho, I use that later when mixing.... So I freeze the synth and bounce the tracks to clip, I know have all my drum tracks as audio clips, but they don't line up with the grid, For example when I open up transients on the kick track the transient markers are nowhere near the grid, there late. Even though I ussed the step sequencer to get my beat, and I haven't used swing or anything like that in the step sequencer. Has anyone any ideas why this might be happening, It's very frustrating for editing...
Thanks folks

Check the BounceBufSizeMsec value in aud.ini. If it's currently set to a nonzero value, set it 0.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
