x3c upgrade question

I plan to upgrade to x3c studio with melodyne essentials.
Does anyone know if this is v1 or v2 of essentials and if there is still a great discount to upgrade to editor or is it back to the $299 price?
Thanks

I believe the Essential version is V2; but I upgraded, so cannot confirm what was loaded.

I *believe* the upgrade window officially expired, but cannot recall the dates. It was an email offer (for 10 days) after registering the Essential version that came with X3.

I would recommend emailing Celemony directly, telling them your situation and asking. They have been responsive to X3 customers, in general, as far as I have seen. It is better to get your question answered from them directly, I think.

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.

Yes it is Melodyne V2. I would upgrade to Sonar x3 then once you've registered your copy of Melodyne send them an email as I think from several experiences posted on this forum that they will likely extend the offer to you anyway. Certainly worth an email. Nothing to lose and they're a pretty good bunch over at Celemony
