FIXED Christmas is killing the forums!

Am I the only one to notice? The closer we get to Christmas, the slower the forums run. I'm lagging so bad I answer my own questions. Somebody is buying a lot of stuff online.

Or something.  The forums were unusable for a while there and still slow, slow, slow now.  When it takes minutes for a topic to just be brought up there's something seriously wrong...

Had the same issue at work, and gave up as well. The reloading thing was probably Will Jones' way of telling us boys to stop going to the boys room and have a smoke!

Wow, really?  It took over three minutes for this thread to come up...  If they don't want people to post in the forums, this is a good way to discourage participation!

Saw that they were doing something.  Looks like an update - all the times are now in a green font!

(And it didn't take minutes to bring up a topic - haven't looked to see if they deleted the FSF yet; which is probably causing most of the problems - heh...)
