Move VST and crash - bug?

EDIT: I have a weird problem with X3d. If you try to move Sonitus Gate plug in over VST plug ins within the FX bin, it freezes Sonar. Can any one reproduce?

    Please RESET then rescan your plugins in preferences. Thanks.

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    I am not sure what reset/rescan is going to accomplish, these are DX effects. Just tested using 3 different Sonitus plug-ins, reordering the Sonitus Gate  among the other plug-ins in the FX bin worked OK.

    I thought that as well briefly. Well the clue I obtained here was (in bold):

    The only way to get Sonitus VST fx is to purchase the standalone pack available thru the cakewalk store. The versions included with Sonar are dx plugins.

    Yup and there are no 64 bit VST versions in the store :(
