Trouble seeing the fader due to laptop screen size

Can someone help me with being able to see all of the fader in track view?  The problem is, I am on a laptop and due to the smaller screen size, the fader is obstructed with the properties info that is positioned above the fader.  There is no break in the window where I can place my mouse to reposition the size of the "properties" window.  This results in my not having access to the fader in track view.

Typically I am running Sonar on a large screen, however I am going to attempt to run sonar from a laptop for a live show,

Thanks for your help.

Joe

All I can think of is:
    a) Increase the screen resolution (if at all possible).
    b) Get an external monitor.

    Sorry....

The fader in the track view? You mean the fader in the Inspector, right? If so, you must be using a VERY small screen. But anyway, just hit Shift+I or Ctrl+Shift+I to hide the pane (Clip/Track Inspector) when you want to move the fader, and hit the same shortcut key again if you want the pane back.

Edit: Or hide the Control Bar by hitting C.

What kind of laptop are you using? Maybe its an old laptop that is not supported for use with this version of sonar
