IIRC plugins bought from Steam do not work with Sonar bought from Cakewalk and vice versa.

And I thought that Steam was only for gamers...I think I would still prefer to get my Sonar directly from the Cakewalk Store.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left...

IIRC plugins bought from Steam do not work with Sonar bought from Cakewalk and vice versa.

That doesn't seem right.
I do recall some issues with MC on Steam initially, but those were distribution hiccups.
It's the same software either way.

This is good news because I have thought about getting something from Steam. Sorry about the wrong info.
