Entering email address when registrating software

I just purchased a license for Curve 2 and am trying to enter my email address within Sonar X3d to register it. The keyboard is only working for shortcuts, hence no text is being typed. I tried to copy/paste my email address as well, but the Curve 2 registration screen does not accept that. Any ideas how to get past this?

Thanks,
Steve

Did you try clicking the keyboard button in the upper right-hand corner of the Curve2 VST header, to give all keystrokes to the plug-in?

Just out of interest, how did you try pasting?  I find some won't allow using the menu, but will allow ctrl+v.
