Hi Rik... dismayed to hear of your failing health... I pray for your recovery... This piece works well as a prelude to the next tune in your SC queue "Romance" I would maybe shorten it a bit, and add some volume envelopes... Very nice... Bless you, and Merry Christmas...

Rik, Last I heard you weren't coming back to the Cake, now your sick. What's up with all that. Glad you decided to come back. Sorry you can't feel well enough to play your guitar. The piece you posted was long and loud. I would agree with Frank and shorten it and add a few volume envelopes hear and there, like volume down. Maybe when your better you can find a spot for some of your guitar in it somewhere. I be praying for you to get well soon. Have a great, blessed and merry Christmas. Peace and Blessings, John

You'd better recover soon...you're way too good of a guitarist to be separated from your instrument! My prayers are with you. I love the prelude, BTW.

Best wishes for you Rik in your recovery.Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. No fun not being able to play your instrument. That would make a really nice intro. I think you have the start of something very good in the works! I might look for ther sweet spot in the mids to bring them out ever so slightly. JMO. Some riding of volume automation could help to build the intro up as well. Great start!

Rik, Wish you a full and speedy recovery. Praeludium is a nice progression and would be a cool intro to once of your guitar pieces. Needs a some volume automation/swells but a really fine piece. Big fan of your guitar playing, hope you can get back on it soon. Regards

Hi James, Starise, Mark, E. ,thanks for the kind words. This piece needs a lot of work but it's a start and as a simple guitarist I'm easily impressed by this midi malarky ; ) Rik
