Trying to compare mics

Seeking some opinions/reviews before I buy --- between a Sterling Audio ST 33 and Rode M3....small diaphragms

    Can you consider ordering both from an outfit like Musicians Friend? You can try them both for yourself with the intention of sending one back for a full refund.
     
    It will cost about $15 in return shipping to have the luxury of trying them yourself in the comfort of your own work space.
     
    When you ask to return one of the mics just tell them that you ordered both with the intent of figuring out which you preferred and they will give you a full refund.
