Some cards do not allow concurrent use of both HDMI and DVI. It depends on the manufacturer.
ALL cards I am aware of do allow use of VGA with either HDMI or DVI.
You also may be able to have one plugged into your on-board graphics and the other into the video card, which would allow 2 HDMI connections, depending on the on-board capabilities.
