X3 standard with Boss BR800

X3 standard with Boss BR800

I am trying to set up the above and have managed to set up the Control Surface OK. I would like to playback thro my computer sound system but I dont get any sound. Any help would be appreciated.

    The BR-800 can only operate in one USB mode at a time.
    If you use it as a control surface, it cannot also operate as an audio interface.

    I would get a recommended audio sound card. To echo what Jkimmy said, that Boss  will not cut it as one.
     
    Look at MOTU, RME, Echo, M-audio and Focusrite for your sound cards as these have good drivers and hardware.
