MC6-Touch with ASIO

I've just started using the MC6-Touch, and i've gotten my ASIO-connected device (Behringer X32). For some reason, when i chose the driver as ASIO in MC6, it only shows the odd-numbered channels as input devices in preferences (1,3,5,7....29,31).

Also, when i select a channel, and go to modify the in/out section, the input shows the Behringer  X-UF USB ASIO (but only lists it as 16 in/16 out), and has an arrow acting like its got sub-menu options, but nothing shows up (and the option itself isn't able to be selected).
I have successfully tested with all 32 channels individually on some other software's trial versions, but MC6 is the one that i paid for, and would like to be able to use.

Has anyone else had any issues with limitations in ASIO drivers with MC6? Or know steps to take to get the x32 to register all 32 channels, or even be able to fix the issue with not being able to select an input source for individual tracks?

ANY help is greatly appreciated!

    Welcome to the forum.
The numbers represent stereo sets, 1 being 1 and 2, etc.
Having all those inputs on your Behringer won't matter; MC is a 2-input only program. You can only use 2 inputs regardless of the capabilities of the interface.

That is because MC6 sees the Behringer X32 in stereo pairs. The display is based on data from the driver. It is still possible to access each input separately by selecting the left or right side of a stereo pair in the input drop down of an audio track. The same is true for the output drop downs as well.

If you need access to more than 2 channels at a time, you would need SONAR X3 instead of MC6.

Right. The cost for X3 (download) for registered Cakewalk users is $49 and you'll be able to use all the interface's inputs.

Really nice looking mixer.... yeah, simply do the upgrade to X3 and you'll be good to go with all the available outputs.
