Some help needed with Cthulhu

I bought Cthulhu last nite from Xfer, And I can't get it to work in X64 , I seen that they have version 1.01 available and that dosnt work either , Im wondering if anyone here has this plugin working any help to get this plugin to work would be awesome..
 version 1.0 all you have to do is drag the .dll into your VST folder, All though I can get the plugin to load I can't get it to work. presets don't load , but version 1.01 was to fix the preset problem , but that app installs with an .exe file , when I install the file its says its installed , I directed the install to the correct folder and it didn't install there or anywhere I can find .. 
 I have had this issue once before where installing a file and it dosnt install in the correct place or install at all..
Any help would be appreciated .. Thanks John

Computer - Intel Q9550, Intel BX48bt2 MB, W8 64 bit. 8 gb Ram, SSD  
Hardware - Tascam Fw1884 Control surface only, Ni S49 Komplete Kontroll,Roland Quad Capture, Ni Machine,Kore, Focusrite A/D converter, Blue Mic, Roland Gaia, Akai Mpk49, Yamaha HS80 Monitors.
Software - Sonar Platinum , Vengeance VPS bundle,Sugar Bytes Effectrix, Turnado, NI Komplete 10 Ultimate, Dune, Rob Papen  Blade , Delay, Punch Evolved.

    I just downloaded the demo and it was version 1.21?? If I get a chance I will see if it works later.

    Intel i7 3770K @4.4GHz, 32GB RAM, 240GB SSD System disk, 2 x 2TB and 1 x 1TB (with SSD Cache) HDD. Windows 10,  Sonar Platinum. Roland Quad Capture.

    Been trying everything to get this plugging to load. No luck.

    Ok I got it ... I had to install as admin.. Sick plugin ...
