Terrapack EWQLSO (PLAY)

I have just re-installed the Eeastwest Terapack collection on my new DAW.
Play and everything installed correctly but I don't see EWQL Symphonic Orquestra in the list (in the browser within PLAY).
I had it in my previous DAW. Anyone has an idea what might have happen't here?

    By the way, I can see Symphonic Orchestra Strings, Winds and Perc Platinum but not the GOLD (which is the only one I own). Can't figure this out.
    I guess I will have to contact them….
