upgrading to X3 Producer... looking for 4 port midi interface
Hi, I will be upgrading to X3 producer and I am looking for a reliable 4 port midi interface for stage use. Any comments or advice... something that is proven to work with X3. Help is much appreciated! Thanks.... b3

I have one of these and it's been rock solid. I also have the non-anniversary edition 4x4 (out of production) and that one works very well, too. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/MIDISport4AE One nice thing about this one is that it's bus powered, so you don't have to deal with a separate power supply.

The MOTU MICRO LITE: I have the Hybrid which has USB and Firewire. It works well on Windows XP and Windows 7 with the right drivers. I like it 'cause it's half rack and can be bolted to my half rack audio express and then rackmounted. It can even be stacked in a half rack setup or used by itself.
