BCF2000 - Having problems getting 2 running

I have two BCF2000 units and I've searched the archives and I haven't found anything to help me get them running together other than a few posts where someone has.  BC Manager can see them both, windows 7 sees both of them them, they are on two different USB ports.  I can get either one to work fine, but as soon as I power both on, when I select both in X3, I get an error message that one is already in use.
 
Any ideas?

    Definitely search the forum, folks have done it. I seem to recall one of them had to be connected via MIDI but I could be wrong.

    I just watched this and even though it is using Sonar 8.5 it should still get you there if you follow the instructions.
    Report back on if this helps.

    Thanks Thatsastrat!  I had watched that video earlier but I got impatient and stopped it before the end - which is where he solved the mystery.  Thanks for being patient - although I wasn't.
