    I have Bass Station which I haven't installed yet.....would these 1GB of samples work in it?

    Tried to download..about 6 to 8 mins. But at the end of the download, my google chrome browser warns of possible malware. It could be the way the file is named  .com.zip. After 2 rounds of warning.. I discarded it :(

    They are wave files.  I downloaded and put them in my audio loops folder in the Cakewalk Content, Audio folder.
     
    First impression is that they are more ECM and dub oriented, but I only checked a few out.
     
    I did not get any malware or virus warnings from Norton 360, and I just scanned them again and got no warnings.

    As far as I know Bass Station is a mono synth VSTi and does not use samples.

    Intel i7 3770K @4.4GHz, 32GB RAM, 240GB SSD System disk, 2 x 2TB and 1 x 1TB (with SSD Cache) HDD. Windows 10,  Sonar Platinum. Roland Quad Capture.

    Thanks Larry for this. This is definitely a worthwhile download. Your posts in the Software area are almost my daily routine check! Thanks for going to the trouble of sniffing these things out. Thanks to you I have found some real gems including Harrison MixBus!
     
    The Novation sounds are very cool especially if you are into electronic music type productions. The loops are cool but there is an absolutley wonderful collection of single hits from the Roland TR808 and TR909 drum machines. I think more samples than I have ever seen on those instruments. The other stuff is pretty cool too. Some great loops in there and ideas to be had.
     
    Not sure if I am going in the comp but it might be a lot of fun to do it anyway. I had no issues with the download or any malware etc. The download is all clean on my end anyway.
