X3 new install - missing rapture, inspector, P4K comp/gate

X3 new install - missing rapture, inspector, P4K comp/gate

Installed X3 on new computer, installed all prochannel plugs etc.
Rapture is MIA, as is Inspector - possibly a few other plugins I haven't noticed.
Also - the P4K compressor gate is missing after multiple install attempts.
 
Any suggestions much appreciated!

    Did you run the install as administrator?

    I'm not sure so probably not. I've never explicitly set install as admin before, and why just a few seemingly random plugins?

    It is unusual. This is X3 Producer right? What OS? Does Rapture run standalone? If so, register the plug-in while running in standalone. The inspector does appear using the "I" keyboard shortcut?
