Audiosnap Help!!!! Too many transients!

Recently I was working as an engineer on a project and the producer used audiosnap on the bass drum and snare drum tracks and it worked perfectly. When he moved on to the toms, however, audiosnap set transient markers for every beat at the project tempo (120 bpm)throughout the entire length of the recording, ignoring the actual peaks in the audio. I don't know if the producer changed any settings or what. The issue never got resolved and even persisted with a new project. I have to work on another project on the same system and need to figure out how to make audiosnap recognize the audio recording instead of the project tempo. Please help.

I've found that AS tends to place these superfluous User markers (solid diamonds) on beats when the detected clip tempo is radically different from the actual clip tempo. So the first thing to do is to open the clip tempo map via the AS palette and set the correct tempo. If any User markers remain after that, you can right-click, Select Markers > User, and delete them. I recommend keybinding some key combo to Delete Marker (e.g. Ctrl+Delete) so you can just hold down the binding to whack them all. Otherwise, each delete action only gets one of them.
