Random track mute

I have a very strange problem.

I've just upgraded to an SSD, rather than re-install I cloned my OS drive.

Now whenever I play a Sonar project, it's like tracks are randomly muted and then unmuted.

I'm using a Roland Quad Capture - anyone have any ideas?

No ideas related to the drive itself. I can say that if you use grouping on both the solo and mute buttons at the same time on a track and toggle back and forth, sometimes it seems to get into an invalid state. Then, clicking the Mute and Solo buttons don't always work.

So, I guess I'm saying that something with the grouping I have seen go corruptish, but I don't have anything repeatable right now.

It's been a while since I've seen it.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

    Ah, it's a little mystery.

I'm not actually touching the mute buttons... the sound plays OK, then mutes, then unmutes.

    Odd!

    It's plugin related.

If I copy a track into a new project... then it plays fine.

    This will be interesting!

iZotope Alloy 2 needed to be re-authorised.

    Ah cool!
I always forget Plugins doing goofy things when they think they are not authorized.
