Popping (like skipping) when playing CW project

I have Sonar X1 Essentials with wdos7 64 bit. I am using a Line6 UX2 interface with pod farm. It has worked fine for a couple years.  Now when I play back a multi track CW project it pops, skips, or burps.  It sounds like an over driven track (for a millisecond) but there are not overdriven tracks.  I tried changing the buffer speeds but it still does the same thing.  I updated the drivers for the UX2 and still the same thing.  Any ideas?  Oh, how are y'all?
