Help with grid lines

Help with grid lines

OK so this must be a simple question for many of you but I clicked something and my midi track is displaying grid lines.  How do I just go back to the default view?

    Change the edit filter (A in the illustration below) in the track strip back to "Clips" from ""Notes"
