Michael Jackson fans win damages for 'emotional suffering'

I wish someone would bio-engineer some kind of awful plague that only affected people as pathetic as the people involved in this truly ridiculous story.

Idiots.  But they only got one Euro for their efforts.  It probably cost them a LOT more in lawyer fees.

In a world largely dominated by a culture that's essentially dictated by the tastes of hysterical teenage girls, it doesn't surprise me.

This is weird.  My parents always told me that I was the one who caused all of the emotional suffering.

I'll pay off that judgement somewhere around 3563.

It emotionally distresses me that Beyonce is married to a guy that looks like a camel. I'm calling my lawyer!

I think it has gotten to the point where we can sue for just about anything .  The guy across form  in the library just farted and part of me wants to see if their is a lawyer who will fight for my right to clean smelling air and put a monetary vlaue on my suffering

He'll pro'lly just tell you to fart back.

No joke! There's a kid's toy out now that when you push a button it plays the sound of an animal's fart. There are 10 samples to choose from. This is being marketed as an "educational learning tool". What a ripp! I mean, if you really wanna teach the kids about different animal farts it should at least include the odor as well, don't ya think?

dammit...don't rain on my frivolous lawsuit parade!!  every now and then someone wins one of these ridiculous cases.  I'm still blown away that woman won the lawsuit against Mcdonalds.  I understand the coffee was hotter than it should have been, but it just seems that spilling hot coffee in your lap is always a bad idea.

It seems "those people" need things spelled out for them.  Like "Caution!  Knife is sharp!"  Yet, they should have a warning on them as well: "Caution!  Sharp as a marble!"
