Thank You Product Support Sonar

I want to thank Dean Capper for his patience with me at resolving my recent issues of installing, reinstalling, walkthough etc. My ignorance and or temper didn't deter him at bit and if it wasn't for his help I would have pulled my hair out by now (which I was about to do before he got involved). Thanks you Dean so much!

Cool beans - hair is important to hang on to.

Should you get to where you pull your hair out in the future, please keep me in mind.  My brother has a birthday coming up, and he could use a couple of handfuls.

I love it when some mentions gratitude towards tech support. I've been there and my favorite saying was: "How come you never call when it works?"

Good going Bill!

I'm starting to get more and more in my brush and on the bathroom floor. Care to give me an address so I can send it your brother.
