[Solved] Keyboard issue - is this a bug
I'm using Sonar x3d. In my softsynth when I use the keyboard some letters register. But when I type 'r' Sonar starts recording, even though I was typing into the search function in the softsynth. It's like Sonar is hijacking the keyboard. Is there a setting that would allow the softsynth to accept keyboard input?

Which softsynth? If many please give us a common plugin with this issue so we can test. Thanks...

Try clicking the keyboard in the upper right-hand corner of the VST header for the synth to give all keystrokes to the plug-in.

Happens to me A LOT when I'm naming buses. I type so fast that the bus name area doesn't have the focus and next thing I know I've hit 5 or 6 hotkeys and the display is completely jacked up. Drives me nuts - but it's my own fault. One of these days I'll learn but probably not today.
