easy color question (I think/hope)

The heck do you call those dots and how do you change the color so I can see them:
 

 
I feel like they are under the color preferences I just can't seem to find them.

I believe those are the dots indicating clips to the right. If this is the case it is the "Clips Pane Ellipse" in the Color Category "Track View"

Thank you!  Much better.  And yes I never would have found it by that name.  I would have just named them "dots" or something.

Thanks for asking the question. I have not messed with colors in the X series so this was an excuse to try and find the value.

When I can't find something no like that - I just go down the list, changing things to bright red - until the right object changes ;-)

Then I reload my colour preset (getting rid of all the red crap) and now I know what setting to change ;-)
