I'm having some trouble installing 64bit LAME

Hi gang...
 
I'm trying to install LAME 3.99 64 bit on a client's machine and for some reason it keeps returning an error at the end of creating the mp3 instead of completing the mp3...
It's an X2 install...
I set it up as I always do using the configurator with a basic command line to create an average mp3...
 
Is there a problem with this version? Can I install the v3.97 32 bit on a 64bit OS?
