Crackling in SONAR playback

Hello,
I have laptop Win7 32-bit +last updates, USB sound card FastTrack Pro + the newest drivers and firmware. From time to time I have following problem:
Here appears crackling when playbacking recorded track from SONAR LE 6.2.2. When I open the same *.wav file in windows player directly from disk, the sound is ok. Currently crackling in output is present when I use ASIO or WDM drivers. When I use MME drivers, the sound is ok. Crackling is present by sound aplitude, for example when recorded aplitude is on minimum - before begin of the song there is no crackling, it comes with increasing sound aplitude.
I used SONAR about 4 years. I had many problems in the past with real-time processing on Windows and all solved but this specific not. Latency on machine is ok, I have set maximum performance in power options, disabled many devices, set highest buffer in sound card control panel etc. These optimization settings I know and it is not reason of problem. The problem comes from time to time and when it begins only thing which sometimes helps is to switch fr ASIO/WDM/MME and restarting many times system/sound card, changing USB connector but sometimes It does not help. 
I think the problem is in SONAR LE, because playbacking from other software is functional.

    Run the DPCLAT test and see if your getting red spikes.

    Laptops can be a problem, example wireless cards and battery management often need to be disabled. There are some laptops that just won't run Sonar. Sonar is not your problem unless you are running 64 bit system and some older 32 bit plug ins.
