Guitar Rig 4 LE - no presets

Guitar Rig 4 LE (included with Sonar purchase) has no presets and really has nothing to work with.
 
How do I get the presets (and whatever other goodies it has) loaded?

    Have you gotten the latest update from Native Instruments? That should fix it. This was a known issue when GR4 was first included.

    Do a search of your entire drive for *.ksd files.  In my crazy setup there are over 1000 GR4 presets/whatnot.  When I open GR4 I don't see all those, I think it is a "path" problem.  My presets are all in here:
     
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Guitar Rig 4
