online "intro" price.. still pays to shop around

just thought I'd let you know about the experience I had buying a new plugin.. thats on an intro price..

makers site in the US, not cake.. £189... 2 minutes of looking around .. UK price £165 and a bit of virtual cash... £6.50 or something..

so not really so much "intro" if the difference is so big..

exact same thing, and you get a bit of cashback.. I sorta expect it from shops.. but not when a company is bigging up their brand new product at a "special" (not so special) price :)
