Don't forget this either:

It is in a similar price range. It offers way more options and control. I have been using it and it is excellent. But for those who want sheer simplicity then Chiarelli plugin could be a good option.

Nineteen bucks was too rich for my blood, but $16.15?  Now there's a bargain!

If you don't already have a decent brickwall limiter, it might be worth it.  The color options are fun and do change the sound.  Did a quick compare with Waves L1 and ToneBoosters Barricade.  All were good on tracks, but on full mixes, I thought the Chiarelli plug pumped too much for my tastes -- where's my release control?  It also seemed to use a bit more CPU than the others.

The version I downloaded has an additional "Easy" option for the Attack, and "None" for the Color.  Apparently there's a more loaded version in the works, thus the "Lite" suffix on this one.  (Maybe the next one will have a release control.)  Pro Tools versions coming, too.

Nice to see more independent devs producing cheap and decent plugins.

Cheers,
Eddie

I've been using the SDRR plug for about two months and love it. I picked up the Mixbus Lite last night and will hopefully try it out tonight after I'm done with clients all day.
