Two Monitors

I have two monitors and can't drag the console view on two my second monitor?
Any help is appreciated.

    Click on the icon at the top left corner of the console window.
    Select Enable Floating from the drop down menu.

    I've been running dual monitors for years, and feel claustrophobic without them.
