What Version of Windows 7?

I have to load a new version of Windows 7 on an older laptop for use with X3d...and soon e.
 
Are there any recommendations. Minimum recommendations...Home Premium vs. Ultimate and why?
 
Or, does it make no difference?
 
On an entirely separate subject...
 
What happens if I create a template in X3d 64Bit with my workflow enhanced color coded tracks, inserted FXChains, saved views, and saved layout, etc. and then open this template in the new laptop using X3d 32Bit?
 
Then, track on the 32Bit and then load the project back on the 64Bit X3d?
 
Will I have problems with certain plug ins or settings not being saved on the template?

The differences between the versions, in truth, aren't all that great. Architecturally, they are identical. The differences are  that the the professional and ultimate versions contains a proper Windows domain client, whereas the home version does not - and has only a local peer client. Actually, it is the same client, with merely the domain networking features disabled. Feel free to choose any version you like, but likely the better deal is the home version of windows 7.
