any way to slow scrolling speed?

A big problem I have is scrolling in my sequence. When moving the box scroll with mouse it goes so quick I keep losing my place ...anyway to slow it down without simply expanding the width of bars?

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

Yes...Sonar does not have a lot of flexibility regarding tweaking its control settings ....a little more thought required on this subject would certainly have helped me ...as it is....like you say, just put up with it. But sometimes it feels like a slippery bar of soap in  the shower.

At the risk of sounding dumb... what view are you in? Piano Roll? Staff View? Track View?

I don't really have a problem scrolling in any of the views myself.

In PRV keep in mind that ctrl+Scroll Wheel and alt+Scroll Wheel have different behaviors.
