Tempo Map, Audiosnap, Quantization from scratch

Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how to start with a project that was recorded without a metronome/click track, line up beats and measures and then do quantization/correction, using Audiosnap? I had tried to persuade the musicians on my latest project to play to a click track/metronome, so I could have everything lined up, but they just wouldn't have it, couldn't do it, etc. The performances are fine overall, but I would like to conform the "free-run" audio tracks to beats/measures on the time line and then do some time correction and tightening up here and there, using Audiosnap. I was hoping this had already been addressed somewhere, perhaps in a Youtube tutorial. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. That was a good one, although I had to load it into my video editor to crank up the audio. That guy recorded his voice so quiet, I couldn't hear it very well on my laptop.
