New Project Opened she starting up SONAR X3d

Since S8 or even before, when I opened Sonar, it automatically opened a project template.
Now after a clean install, it doesn't happen anymore. 
How can I get this back?

    check Preferences > File > Advanced "On Startup Load Normal Template"

    It is easy to miss because it is an advanced option. Advanced options are not visible by default. To access the advanced options the "Advanced" radio button at the bottom of the Preferences dialog must be selected.
